How do I book a class or buy a package?

Accepted Answer

Create a free account, then open the Shop to purchase class packs and memberships. Your credits and packages appear in your account as soon as checkout is complete. Reserve pilates, dance, and livestream classes from the Schedule. If you do not have credits, you can still book as a drop-in directly from the class on the Schedule. Book private sessions from My bookings. Want to move at home? Browse the On-demand library for recordings you can stream on your own time.

I can't make my class — can I reschedule?

We understand life gets in the way. Cancel or change plans from My bookings in your account — the cancellation deadline for each reservation is shown on the booking itself. The same cancellation window applies to group classes and private sessions. Cancel before that deadline and your class credits are returned automatically, or your drop-in payment is refunded to your original payment method. If you cancel after the window closes, it counts as a late cancel and you may forfeit the session or incur a fee. No replacement sessions are offered for late cancellations. On the waitlist? You can leave the waitlist from My bookings at any time before the class starts — no credit is charged until a spot is confirmed. If you are feeling unwell, please do not come to class or sessions. Cancel via your account as soon as you know you cannot make it. If you are outside the cancellation window, notify your teacher as soon as possible. For illness supported by a medical certificate, email the studio. Return of credits* is only allowed on the day you visited the doctor. Please cancel any other upcoming bookings within the cancellation window if you are still unwell. If there is no record of a late cancellation and you did not attend, we are unable to return credits. *Valid for 2 weeks from date of credit.

What happens if my class is cancelled?

Private session: If your teacher or the studio cancels, we will arrange a replacement session with you. Group class: As an independent studio, group classes need a minimum of four clients to proceed. We may cancel a class up to two hours before the start time if fewer than four people are booked in. When the studio cancels a group or private session, any credits or payment used for that booking are returned to your account automatically. Private sessions will be rescheduled.

I loved the class! Can I do them at home?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Sign in and open the On-demand library to stream pre-recorded classes anytime. Some recordings are free, others are included with an active membership, and premium titles can be rented for a limited viewing window. Each rental shows how long you can watch before you check out — start streaming once your access is active and enjoy the class from home.

Is there a participant limit to a livestream class?

Accepted Answer

Yes — livestream classes are kept intentionally small (typically up to 12 participants) so our teachers can see you, offer corrections, and help you get the most from each session. In-studio classes may have a different capacity depending on the room and format. Spots remaining are always shown when you book.
